In regard to Florida's New Law on Real Estate Disclosure and The need to establish a Buyer Broker Representation with an Agent, prior to even seeing or previewing any homes is imperative.
The Buyer Broker Agency Representation, has vastly changed. These practices combined are making the Home Buying process for Homebuyers very complex and difficult to understand.

When Borrowers Need Help Qualifying, ASSIGNABLE Steps in by working with and cooperating with ALL Banks, Mortgage Brokers and Lenders as well as Realtors in the State of Florida. This Facet enables our Clients to work directly with all parties involved cohesively and further allows any earned Commissions to ASSIGNABLE or other Agents, to be Saved, or can be directed toward their Closing Costs at Closing. The Buyers may instead elect the Option to Reduce the Amount of the Purchase Price accordingly by the Commission amount secured.

If any Listing Agent won't cooperate, which is very rare, Our clients never lose deals- or money. ASSIGNABLE will ALWAYS step in to represent the Buyers interest and purchase for a total .5 to .75 percent of the total commission offered on the Buyers side. Then contribute any remaining commission monies to the Buyers Closing Costs and or pre paids and execute the Sale.
