Contractually in the State of Florida, Real Estate Brokers may contribrute all or Part of their earned Commissions to the Buyers or Sellers Closing Costs if elected and acceptable to the Sellers / Buyers Broker.
With our ASSIGNABLE Platform of services, We give you the Leverage, Flexibility, Security, Protection and Advising, that enables YOU to solely determine what is in your own best interest and how your Monies are best used towards any Home purchase.
Contractually, Our Clients can Cancel our Agreements and Representation at anytime without any charges or fee's outstanding for Services rendered by ASSIGNABLE!

With the recent changes of Laws and Practice in Real Estate within the State of Florida as well as New Disclosure Practices. We utilize procedure and Law to secure our Clients/ Buyers position of Control. Once in Position, via Agency Representation and Contracts reflecting such, it is Ultimately the Clients own election of how and when any earned commissions are used or placed for Purchasing a Home.

Banking and Most Mortgage Brokers & Lenders, Do Not have issue with this Practice. Nor should it effect in any way, any rate and or terms of any Mortgages sought.
Over the Years, This practice has probably not been very well promoted by most Agents out there as an option, with good cause, due to it's Money out their pockets, But it has been common practice for many years, that the Buyers Agent/ Broker is/ are permitted to assist or contribute any amount of commissions, to assist First time Homebuyers , or ANY Buyers, who may be in need of Assisitance in achieving their dream of Homeownership, ALL Terms are Subject to Contracual Agreement between the parties.
We Utilize some basic but sometimes overlooked specific clauses in the Standard Florida Realtors "Exclusive Buyer Broker Agreement" in order to establish our Representation & Terms that can SAVE our clients Thousands of Dollars in their Purchase.
